Monarchs are among the top tiers of Yu-Gi-Oh! Meta decks at the moment. They are so powerful, as they completely shut down your opponent's access to the extra deck. Most decks rely on powerful extra deck monsters in order to be able to bring out their biggest, baddest beasts, however Monarchs means you can't ever power up your monsters.

Only downside it, what happens if you can't tribute either? That's where Mask of Restrict comes into play - but Cameron has methods of destroying those troublesome traps.
